What a collaboration with us looks like.

Despite the expectation within the agency landscape that advertisers understand the game, that is not always the case. Many agencies still make their money from side activities unknown to the advertiser, and for us, that clearly illustrates how things should not be done. Integrity is our top priority because we believe it is the only way to truly make an impact. The client should not have to constantly look over their shoulder to ensure work is done well and according to agreements. Together, we work on improving results, which is part of our culture. Our collaboration is clear, transparent, and built on trust.

Preliminary phase

Briefing & audit

After expressing interest, we quickly schedule a meeting to clarify needs. If there are existing channel activities, we conduct an audit right away. Then, we collaboratively define the scope for the initial period with the goal of solving a problem and achieving results. In the scope, we discuss: – Budget (fixed, hourly rate, we are flexible) – Expected performance (based on the audit) – Team composition (what you see is what you get!)

First weeks

Onboarding & Digital Performance

We start the collaboration and set up the work structures. Initially, our focus is on the initial problem, and we will keep you updated weekly on the results. Additionally, we are open to office collaboration, but only if desired. After the first phase, we evaluate the collaboration and demonstrate the added value we have delivered.

After phase 1

Ongoing collaboration on digital performance

After the evaluation, we define the scope for the longer term and aim for a structural collaboration. This is based on your preferences, but ideally, we ensure regular interaction moments to discuss optimizations, innovations, and new opportunities.

We would like to evaluate our own work and the collaboration once per quarter or every six months. Your feedback is highly valued and taken very seriously by us. Additionally, we are interested in hearing from our partners about the state of the business and planning ahead together. We are always flexible and willing to adjust the scope as needed.
